SEW... I just wanted to say thank you for today.

I had an amazing time! Great learning experience for me! You also had a great bunch of teachers who really know their stuff. I want to make something from each class! I need more time in my day now!

This may have been the first School House you have had, but I hope that it isn't the last. I heard many wonderful things and never did I hear anyone say they wished they hadn't come. Great group of ladies there today.

Also wanted to thank you for working with me on the Logo.

Thanks for your help today; please thank Missy & Rachel for us as well. Christina is really pleased with what I am going to make. She commented on how nice everyone is and what a great selection is in the store. She said it is no wonder why I am going so far from home to get the great help and super atmosphere at The Sewing Garrett.

I do want to get that book and make that blue and white embroidered quilt. If you want me to order it let me know and I will call you with my credit card info. If I don’t need to order, please, do let me know when they come in and I will zip up to Daytona and pick one up.

Oh! I opened the Dakota Collectibles Ornamental Lace disk and there are full instructions in PDF files on the disk. I know that will be easier than trying to figure them out on my own. If your disk does not have them, let me know and I will email a copy to you.

Hi Grayce, I just want to tell you I finally was able to sit down and use the new Disney machine and complete one project. Thanks to you showing me how to get back to the starting point I needed, I had no trouble at all when the thread broke and I was able to get right back into the correct position. You may get tired of me saying that it is worth every bit of the 30 mile trip to come to the ladies at The Sewing Garrett for expert instructions. Thank you so much for your time and patience in helping me.

Hi Elizabeth,

I am so excited about upgrading to the next serger. I just finished a bathrobe

for my grandson and could have totally made it on that one. But that is OK, I have 8 other grand children to do Christmas robes for. Garrett was real impressed with the bright red initials I put on it. The robe is stripes of 2inch wedge wood blue, 1inch white & 1/4 inch black so the red really looked good. He was totally fascinated watching the machine doing it's thing. I just love my machine. I went nuts today trying to find the manuals that came with it. I told you I have been working very hard to get things organized in my sewing room. So, I ask myself, where is the Manuel?????? After much searching I finally looked under the padding in the trolley bag. There it was. I knew I had to have it as I try to bring the books with the machines. So now I will read as I wait for my hair to dry from giving myself a perm.

I want to take the time to thank you for the great lessons you give and all the patience you have with me. I so enjoy coming there for the Embroidery Club. The ladies are so nice and helpful also. I have to confess I am very nervous as I know so little about everything.

I enjoy the Nancy's Notions DVD as she has the same machines & threads as you use. It helps me understand the different presser feet to use also. With your help I will get to understand most of it. It is very over whelming at first and I feared I am too old for all this. Now the computer does not intimidate me at all so this shouldn't right??????????

Just want to say a 'big thank you' for the wonderful service. My package arrived today and I am so pleased and can't wait to start my 'Five Easy Pieces' Quilt! Love the fabrics and I am heading to the machine as soon as I finish this email and try the 'Stitch-in-the-Ditch' foot - what a wonderful invention!!

Again, it is such a pleasure to be involved with people that are so nice, helpful and trustworthy.

I want to say thank you ever so much for your great help and classes! ...Also thank you for saving me $85.00! When I bought the Dakota Collectibles Tea Party project pack the online coupon inside was good for two free stock designs and I was able to add the large ferret design and the large Arabian collage. One design normally sold for 35.00 and the other was 50.00 but with the coupon from the Tea Party pack they were free! woohoo!
You guys are awesome!

So I'm pulling another all nighter and doing serger crochet on some ferret fashions. Geeez I think I am addicted to sewing!
